: I was recently found out I have osteoprosis after
: fracturing a vertabrae from a ski accident. I am on Fosamax and Miacalcin. I am taking calicum supplement I would like to know what other things I should be doing. What about progestrone cream?
I used the Progesterone cream for 6 or 7 years and can't really say that it did much. I have osteopenia in my spine and I am 53. It runs in my family on both sides. I take Evista and do know that weight bearing exercises and calcium help. I just bought the book Strong Women Strong bones and it is the cutting edge on information on this subject.
