Proceed with caution there is a lot of misinformation and quacks on the web. I have advance osteo and 53 years old. I am taking Miacalcin Nasal spray. No side effects afte over 1 year. Had side effects Fosomax. Opted no fosomax possible side effect "Tough". On HRT but harmones putting my Blood Pressure in the stratusphere. Your objective is to stop the deseases progress. You will have to live till about 95 to get bone density back from any drug on the market today. So consider the risks based on real gain. I researched it when I was first diagnosed. You reduce fracture risk by strengthening your muscles and being careful.
