Hi, I am 33 and was just diagnosed with osteopenia, which is the beginning of osteoporosis
from what I understand. I'm wondering if anyone has any weight bearing exercise suggestions.
I live in Halifax and the weather can be pretty discouraging when it comes to walking plus I have
four children and a part time job. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
