My mother has taken progestin (etrogen/progesterone) at which point she began to have menstral bleeding as a side effect. She has decided to discontinue this and has now begun to take EVISTA which now causes her pain in her arms and legs! Can anyone else out there recommend anything that does not give these side effects in particular is there any herbs out there that may help! Dave
