Your dr. can switch you over to Norco. It has 10 mgs. of hydrocodone, the opiate in vicodin es but only 325 mgs. of tylenol. You would reduce your tylenol intake by 425 mgs. per pill and Norco really works well. Percocet, oxycodone has also recently come out with the same type of reduced tylenol med. Otherwise, there is vicoprofen which is hydro with ibuprofen in it. That may be just as hard on your insides, though. I hope this helps a little and I wish you pain free days.
