I have problems with hemmoroids every now and then too because of the different pain medications that I take. A warm bath and then load on the Prep H......it might take two or three days for it to shrink back up. You didn't mention if it was bleeding or not, if it is bleeding, you may want to see the Doctor, but if not, just the hot baths and the Prep H....You'll feel much better tomorrow..... Joanne
