Dr. W. I am taking Kadian right now at 100mg q12h and it just doesnt seem to be covering the acute pain very well.
However it does work pretty good for the chronic pain. In your opinion, what is the most powerful immediate release oral medication that is currently available in the USA for acute pain.
Is it MSIR, Dilaudid, Levo-Dromoran, or something that I don't know about? Thanks.
