I can't tell you where to go in Oklahoma to get a pump put in, but I can tell you that it can be, and is done often enough.
My pain doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon. He had CT scan and MRI done. Also a myleogram. He said that he saw too much damage done to my back to try to operate. He suggested trying to treat the symptoms rather than the cause.
I had an Arrow pump implanted in November, at Duke University in N.C. This pump is a permanent pump that runs off my body heat and could last forever. I get it refilled every 60 days or so.
It can be done. Your probem is finding a doctor who will do it. Try to get a referral to a neuro., maybe a pain management dr.
