My sister-in-law has cancer in several areas which are inoperable, and she is waiting for a hosp. bed so they can try this therapy on her. I know she has had radiation and chemo. She is in constant severe pain. Is this used to give chemo, give narcotics. How is this given? Any info appreciated. Thanks Bettyd Medtronic intrathecal pain therapy - an implanted system which releases pain medication. She has the official literature but is keen to hear from people with real-life experience of it. Direct email is fine. : Emartin375@aol.com
