Actually, I was on vacation, came back, and being the computer wiz that I am, promptly erased nearly all my bookmarks....GEEZ!!!! Anyway, I am in reconstruction mode for the bookmarks and just found this site again tonight. I will be visiting the site on Sat or Sun only due to the massive increase in my pain practice recently. : I see lots of messages, but no doctor. Hint anyone. Maybe he bailed, or is on Vacation? All this is just a bunch of "whistling in the Dark"
