We actually settled on two bouncing Sheltie puppies that are a blast. I think they will be quite enough of a challenge for a while! Thanks for the concern. : Hi Dr. Whitworth, : I am so sorry to here about your problem adopting a child in Russia. My wife works for a Dr. that is over a large part of the third year training of med. student’s at UC. He and his wife has been trying to adopt for quite a while by making arrangements with someone that is pregnant and doesn’t want the baby. The past two times they were waiting to get the baby at the hospital and the mother changed her mind. What a disappointment. We had been praying for them to succeed, they are such a nice couple. It really hurts to get your hopes up and end up coming home without the baby. : Our prayers are with you. My wife’s boss got a call at work earlier this week. The girl decided she couldn’t take care of the baby after being home for a few weeks. They now have a bouncing baby girl. : Don’t give up hope. Good things happen to good people, but sometimes it takes a while. You are in our prayers and I am sure you are in the prayers of all the others on this and the other health boards where you help us. : Good luck and God bless, : John
