I have been suffering with neck, shoulder, arms & upper back pain for a little over a year now. I have been to orthopaedic doctor, neurologist, neurosurgeon and physiatrist(not sure how to spell)doctor of rehabilitive medicine and still in pain. Have been through 3 MRI's and several neck x-rays and have been told lately I have myofascial pain with mild degenerative disc disease. Had physical therapy three times and recently went through several months of trigger point injections in my neck which did help some but only for a short time. I have to keep active which I do but I suffer badly with this. Just wondering if anyone out there has this and could share some info with me.
