Verna, get emediate med attention, especially if you have severe headache, The doc may have nicked the dura and caused a leak of spinal fluid, this is called a "wet tap" You may have to hav e a blood patch. They draw blood from your arm and inject into spinal cord near the leak, as the blood trickles out it cause clotting, It happened to me on a lumbar inj. Good look I passed out during the wet tap as the doc was topping me off but it replaces fluid and you will feel imediatly better, If you dont have a headache you probably reacting to the pressure the cortizone causes in the inj site. Laying down will help if you have a headache. Good luck and post questions freely, I dont think there is a procedure that I havn't tried..david
