Chaz, I attempted to participate in a local study of Zoloft and Eledepryl (the combination was supposed to slow down the progression of PD). I was miserable on it. I happened to have an appointment with our family doctor a few weeks in to the study and when he asked if any of my meds had changed and I told him about the study, he whipped out a letter that he had received through channels, that warned of major effects of combining the two which had resulted in some deaths. I immediately got out of that study.
So have your doctors check it out if you are taking other meds, especially Mao Inhibitors.
