LOL...I'm aware of the benefits of some hormones!
I have tried many different hormones...including natural progestrone. My sis has tried about every birth control pill and now is trying to regulate hormones. It has been a disaster!!!
I'm glad it is working well for you....my next step is to draw blood when I'm well and find my best progestrone/estrogen levels. Wish me luck!
