Not going to bed until you are tired. Getting up at the same time each day, even on weekends. Not napping during the day. Avoiding caffeine, alcohol or nicotine during the evening. Not watching TV, reading or eating in bed. Following the same bed time ritual each night. Avoiding vigorous exercise three hours before bed time. (regular exercise during the day can benefit sleep.)Getting out of bed when you can't sleep. Sweet dreams. Bruce
