I have recommended one book for families several times and find it worth talking about again. It's called "The 36-Hour Day" A family guide to caring for persons with Alzheimer's disease, related dementing illness and memory loss in later life. It remains a source of information and comfort as my two parents age - ages 86-91. It's written by Nancy Mace and Reter Rabins. It has a great chapter on Dimensia. The book's been around for a while, but if you're a newbie at caretaking, it's worth adding to your library!
