I went to the open house event today. Basicly the staff was introduced and each took approx. 20*30 minutes and explained their background and the services/treatment they would be offering. Dr. Giroux talked about some of the new meds that have just became available and will be coming. The biggest news was that they are scheduled to begin DBS surguries in Jan 2001. They also discussed the importance of exercise, nutrition, taking your meds on schedule and reporting any new symptoms or side effects to your doctor.
