I know two women who went on COMPLETE bedrest, one of them to the point of having to use a bedpan instead of up to the bathroom, earlier than 20 weeks and they both made it to near term delivery. One of them had twins. It's not easy, but it can be done. Learn to cook, don't sweat the housework, and keep us posted. If she can even get to 30+ weeks, things are good.
: Well,My wife is 39 & I'm 34.She has a incompetence cervix. We lost are 1st baby 7 yrs.ago at 12 weeks due to her cervix. The 2nd time 4 years ago at 18 weeks. Well she is 20 weeks now and was stitched up (there is another word for that but you know what i mean) at 12 weeks. Last week after the ultrasound they found her cervix starting to open up again. The Doctor has taken her off work and told her to do nothing until we have the baby.(hopefully) Has any other women gone through this?? Do we have a chance?? We would surely love to have are 1st child.. thx WORRIED HUSBAND
