You may have symptoms but don't reconize them. ie tingling in the breasts, No period, fatigue etc. Some woman don't know there pregnant until 12 weeks or so but they usualy have nonregular cycles. Count yourself lucky-No Morning Sickness-. If you are still concerned contact your OB's office and talk to the nurse.
