Get more fiber and make sure the juice you take is natural like fresh versus the consintrate or the kind with sugars. Try rice, oatmeal. I was told that I need to drink as least 64 ounces of water a day. I found that putting lemon in it helped. eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. have your meals be 60% water soluble like salads and veggies. keep refined white dough to a minimum. Walking even a short amount really helps. It actually exercises the colon. There is a procuct from usana called fibergy. Its been one of the only ones that works for me when I feel really stoped up. Pure apple juice from the health food store has helped to. I try to drink about 32 ounces a day. Hope this helps.
