Acne &Pregnancy

Hey guys,
Does pregnancy flare up acne? Especially if you use to have it before? I use to have it before
pregnancy, but wow it seems to be getting out of hand
and nothing helps. Did any of you experience this?
Did it get better after pregnancy? Did pregnancy make your skin extra oily? Any reply would help me deal with this better.Thanks.
