Hormones!!! While on prenatles my acne decreased I had the best skin ever. Once off them back to the pimples. I do know several women who have had their very first case of acne with their firts pregnancy. And back to clear skin afterwards(occational pimples) Just keep doing what helps you stay uncloged no make-up etc Ask your OB for ointments that may work.
