Pregnancy does cause more tiredness but iron could be a factor other signs of iron deficency is feeling cold a lot and sometimes headaches. You could ask the Doctor to check. Usually they just need to poke the finger for that. Its best to take iron from the health food store. Certain types of iron don't work as well as other and aren't good for the body. Iron(ferrous gluconate and ferrous fumerate) are good ones.
