: NataChew. Is this just as good as the tablets?? Yes, I've taken the chewable tablets. I was having a hard time taking the regular prenatal vitamins, I kept puking them back up and they gave me severe heartburn. I honestly couldn't take the chewable tablets either. I tried to take just a regular multivitamin, tums (for extra calcium) and lots of grain cereal for folic acid (which really wasn't enough) but it was either this or nothing.
