Truth or lie??? Please help!!!

My daughter-in-law, hereafter refered to as Sue, claimed to have had a positive pregnancy test last July.
She and my Son, hereafter refered to as Lee, are poverty stricken with no insurance which they have used
as an excuse not to be going to the Doctor. We have been told that the baby was due Feb 25 all this time.
We have the usual things all along like "I Crave"--"up all night from discomfort"--"baby kicking"--etc. You
all know what I mean. We have pressured them recently as due date approched to get moving with a
doctor. URGENT BUSINESS you know.... Yerterday 2-25, Sue said the doctors office told her she had
had a miscarriage in September when She claims to have spotted blood but couldn't afford to go to the
doctor....There were no subsequent periods... Not only does she say they told her it was a miscarriage
but now she is 10 weeks pregnant.
I have heard of plenty of miscarriages and I thought that if an incomplete miscarriage occured that a
D&C would be nessessary. Is this girl lying or not?
