The kids turn around toward the end of the prenancy. Ask the Dr when you should become concerned. My first didn't turn until the 38th week. I have a tip pelvis and after going through labor and pushing for hours with both I had a c-section with both. I had an epidural in place so it was a relitivly fast procedure. I would be more concern with premature birth and cord tanglement and the other problems that can arise with twins. Talk with your wife's OB these are your kids too. My husband came with me to half of my visits along with lamaze and breast feeding classes. I wish you the best and the healthest babies.
