: like the other post said switching vitamins will not hurt your baby in anyway, but jumping from brand to brand won't help you to figure out which is best. I took materna for both of my kids, which is what the doctor recomended. But the best way to find out is ask your doctor at your next visit or ask the pharmisist. You also need to take what feels right for you. My Dr.s prscription prenate's make me sick as a dog within a minute of taking them. I take the ones my chiropractor recommends and they are a lot better. I never get sick even if I'll I've had is juice. My Dr.s office said it didn't matter what I took as long as it had enough iron and folic acid. If you know a kenisiologist you can take different brands to your visit and he can test your body and see which one is right for you. I've saved lots of money that way. Now I don't worry about buying something that doesn't work for me.
