I'm no doctor, but i'm assuming that labour and pushing would just agrevate the hernia. Causing more problems than it's worth. I understand your desire to have a baby naturally, i've had c sections with both of my kids, and it's no picnic, but neither is going through labour and ending up with a c section.....sometimes it's just not ment to be. You don't want to be in more pain than necessary durring the first few wks of your baby's life do you? Remember, what you want at the end of a pregnancy is to have a healthy baby and healthy mommy, you could very well be putting yourself at risk by having this baby naturaly, doesn't matter how the baby gets out as long as your both healthy, :0)
Good Luck and Congradulations
