every woman is different. however, women with less sexual experience tend to be "tighter" inside. and after some time the lips do get bigger from sexual conduct. it is elastic/stretching tissue therefor it can expand. and as for men, the longer the man is sexually active the longer he can control his orgasms. this is the only thing i notice. no size increase/decrease. you seem rather young, go read a book about it, it will give you the info you need.
