Hi, Well I don't like to admit this but I found out I was pregnant and have continued to smoke..I cut back from a pack and a half a day to about 7-10 ciggerttes daily but I feel extremly guilty for what I am doing. I am 9 weeks pregnant. I was hoping someone out there had some ideas, any one is worth trying. Please if you know of anything tell me.
