It could be the legiments otherwise known as the O's. They are located usually under your belly where your underwear would fit in that lovely pregnant crease we get. This is my 3rd and I feel like it hurts more this time. Sometimes I don't want to even move it hurts so bad. If this doesn't sound like your pain than it could be something else. Check with Dr to make sure everything is okay.
