a few wks i think...it should say if you read the back of the box, i think it's one day after your missed period, which would make you a few wks pregnant. But i'd wait a week or 2 after a missed period just to be sure, because the hormones have to build up enough in your system to show up in your urine...you can get a blood test from the doctor much sooner though if you need to know right away.
