I had that happen when i was about 4-5 months pregnant with my son. I never went to the doctor about it and it lasted a week or 2. i'm not sure if it was the same things as your experiencing, but whenever i breathed it felt like my ribs were broken or something. i have no idea what it is or what causes it, but you probably should go to the doc to make sure everything is ok.....it could just be your body adjusting to everything being pushed up, because about 5 months is when your belly starts getting big enough to really push everything out of the way....either way you should atleast call your doctor to make sure there's nothing seiously wrong.
