Yoga is very good for pregnancy and delivery. It keeps your back and pelvic muscles nice and strong and for obvious reasons strong pelvic muscles come in handy durring delivery.
The only suggestion i'd make is to either take a yoga class specificly designed for pregnancy or find an instructor who's experiened in dealing with pregnant women.
