Pregnant women should avoid ingesting Vitamin A (retinol) in greater than 10,000 iu. Also avoid: Electric blankets, and emptying kitty litter(bacteria in cat's litter can cause damage to an unborn baby).

When using the toilet: Wiping from front to back (vs. back to front)can help prevent the spread of bacteria to the vaginal area.

Older dishware often contains high levels of lead. Some were even made with uranium in the paint! Older water pipes were lined with lead.
