I'm a 30 year old female who wants to have a child with my husband. We have been having sex several times a week, especially before my period. I was on birth control for several months, and also have heard that alcohol and stress and caffein can make baby-making a little more difficult. Is this true? I try to follow suggestions. I know it has only been a month of trying, but there is a history of infertility in my family, so I don't know if I'm worring about nothing. What are some of the others tryin? I dont want to use infertility drugs because my sister did, and ended up with twins AND triplets!
