while u have an ectopic pregnancy/can i still be pregant?

I was pregnant.. had sexual intercourse late feb.. normal menstrual..mid march.. april 1, severe pain. rushed to er.. ectopic pregnancy.. tubular.. surgery adn removed.. this is my question..

I had sexual intercourse on 3-23-00.. (note-right after my normal period).. could i be pregnant now?. i have not taken a pregnancy test. but with all the dates i am providing. that would of meant i had this in my tube (which was partically removed) and pregnant.. but note. the surgery was on 4-1-00.. sex occured 3-23-00.. would it been too soon for the doctor to tell?. the reason i ask is. i feel different. again. like the last time i was pregant..(with the tubular pregnany).. i feel tired. urine is bright yellow and i feel like miy body. spread just a tad bit..

am i making any sense?? someone please help..
