It'll probably be at about 38 wks...they have to make sure the baby's lungs are strong and healthy.
I think it's about 36 before they can be sure that the babies lungs are fully developed, but just to be sure they'll probably wait an extra week or 2.
Request an ultra sound to judge the size of the baby before you are induced, it may not be necessary, while in most cases the second baby tends to be bigger it's not always the case, They can get a pretty good idea how big the baby is by ultrasound. Induction is not fun, so avoid it if at all possible.
