How many days or weeks after the baby's conceive that your breasts start hurting???

I know that for alot of women who are pregnant, breast tenderness is one of the first symptoms that you are pregnant. I've heard that; even after a few days after the baby's conceive, you're breats can hurt. Is that true? I don't know if I might be pregnant. Me and my boyfriend make love 3 days ago and my breasts hurt since this morning. It's been 2 weeks since I have my last periods and most of the time, my breasts hurt but just before my periods. Do you think it can be a sign of pregnancy already?? I would be very happy to be pregnant ! Sorry for my english by the way! Genevieve
