well, the first thing you need to do is check out the laws in your state on statitory rape. Since your not 18 yet you may be in the clear...depending on the laws. But if you think you may be in legal trouble you should either talk to your parents or find a lawyer...if you don't have the money you may be able to get some kind of finiacial aid for it.
And about the pregnancy thing...that would be easy enough to conferm....ask to go to a doctors apt with her. Tell her that it's your baby and you want to have some involvment...assuming she's going to keep the baby. If she's only 14 and doesn't have parental support she's going to need all she can get...so you need to be there for the baby, in any way that you can. Make it very very clear to her that if she decides to keep the baby your involvement will deal only with the baby and you are not going to get back with her. She can't lie to you if you don't put up with it. Try not to start fights with her....remember she's only 14, she's not mature, and she sounds like she's got alot going on, so be as nice to her as possible, but still making sure she knows you won't be getting back together and that you'll be there for the baby if she has and keeps it.
