No, the stomache trouble shouldn't affect the baby. The only thing is it may agrevate it. The stomache really doesn't have anything to do with the baby, but the baby puts a lot of pressure on the stomache durring the latter months.
you may want to try to get to the bottom of your problem before you get pregnant.
There is no harm at all in getting pregnant as long as your aware than the problems may be aggrevated for a few months.
