: A very similar thing happend to me and my husband. I was unknowingly pregnant and used 1 cycle of my BCP until I took a HPT and it was positive. I stopped the pill immediately and went to my doctor. He said everthing is fine though and 1 cycle on the pills will not harm the fetus. :)
