Hi, I am in the UK too. You can have an abortion on NHS if you get a referral by your GP. You may require a parental consent for it, so please consider telling your parents. In any case, 12 weeks pregnancy is a lot and you have to move fast if you want to have an abotion with as little risk as possible. Talk to your GP, be honest and open with him/her about your concerns. You are entitled to help and you'll definitely get it!
