Nipples could be from any kind of irritation or dryness. The breasts could be because of the hormone changes when your ovulating and having your period. vaginal mucus changes durring the month...when your ovulating it is different than when your not...you may not always notice it, especially if youdon't normaly have a lot of discharge...but these are all things that are normal.
But the only way to know if your pregnant or not is to take a test and find out.
