Many years ago, when I was in my early 20's, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and my doctor said I shouldn't have any children -- but I was already pregnant!
My husband and I now have a lovely 28-year-old daughter and an adorable three-year-old grandson.
Though the MS has progressed and I now use a wheelchair, I have discovered the value of God's guidance. The following words from the Bible give me strength: "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6) "For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory." (2 Corinthians 4:17)
