I'm pretty sure your chances of being pregnant are slim. Semen can still come out if the guy doesnt come, but the odds are not that great. Also the fact that it was the day after your period. Chances are you would'nt be ovulating then.
Take another test in a few days and if it's negative your probably not. Also, the more you worry and stress about it, the longer your period could take. Relax the odds are slim.
