I think the line is suposed to fade in time. Although an hr isn't very long.
the preg test i took came with a holder for the results in case someone wanted to keep them, it said take the paper out asap beause the line will go away if it's left in there. go through all of the intructions that came with it to see if thats the problem with yours. Usually if you get the second line your pregnant. But retest just to be sure or go see your doctor.
