through most of my pregnancy with my daughter i was lucky to gain a lb or 2 per month (a few times i even lost weight). I ended up gaining 20 total, but most was gained in the last month or so....and i went 2 wks over so that didn't help me any.
I wouldn't worry, (if your worried about your baby's health ask your doctor about getting a stress test done, if you've never had one it's basicly you hooked up to a fetal heart moniter, every time you feel the baby kick you press a button, they check to make sure the baby's heart rate is increasing with movement....if it does the baby is healthy, if not they run more tests to make sure things are ok).
But id say as long as the doctor isn't hounding you and the baby is growing fine and the heart rate is fine don't worry about it.
