I am almost 5 months pregnant and have been taking prenatal vitamins for about 7 months. Yet, I have not noticed any rapid hair or nail growth like I've always heard about pregnant women having, and my nails are still as brittle as they have always been. Does this mean that I am not getting enough calcium?
